• "Services": All features, content, and functionalities provided through the Application
• "User" or "You": Any individual who downloads, installs, or uses the Application
• "Account": Your registered user profile within the Application
• "User Content": Any ranges, configurations, or data created by users

• Core Features: Range Craft Builder, Range Craft Visualizer and Range Craft Trainer
• Online Requirement: The Application requires an active internet connection to function
• Automatic Updates: The Application automatically updates to the latest version upon launch
• Training Purpose: The Application is designed solely for poker strategy training and education

• Registration: Account creation requires a username, email address, password, and acceptance of these terms
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time from your account settings
• Data Removal: Upon account deletion, all associated personal data is permanently deleted
• One Account: Each user may maintain only one active account

• Creating and modifying your own poker ranges
• Analyzing and improving your poker gameplay
• Coaching or educational content (with attribution)

• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
• Commercial Redistribution: Sell, lease, or redistribute the Application
• Account Sharing: Share your account credentials with third parties
• Automated Access: Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Application
• Circumvention: Bypass any security measures or usage restrictions
• Malicious Use: Use the Application to harm others or violate laws

• Ownership: You retain ownership of ranges and content you create
• License to Us: You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process your content for service operation
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your user-generated content
• Content Removal: We may remove content that violates these terms without notice

• Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Data Loss: Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Service Interruptions: Temporary or permanent discontinuation of the Application
• Third-Party Actions: Actions or decisions made by users based on Application content

• No Real Money: The Application does not involve real money gambling or wagering
• User Responsibility: Any decision to engage in real money poker is entirely your responsibility
• Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your poker activities comply with local laws
• Platform Rules: Usage during live play is subject to the rules of poker platforms and venues
• No Liability: We are not responsible for consequences of your poker-related decisions or activities

• Automatic Updates: The Application automatically updates to ensure security and functionality
• Version Requirements: Outdated versions cannot access the service
• Service Changes: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• Terms Updates: These terms may be updated periodically with notice to users
• Continued Use: Using the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of changes
